docc
Thanks, Meinolf! The links all seem to be working again today. Folks, let me know if you find broken links and I'll try to restore them. Seems that sometimes they fix themselves . . .
docc
A member has inquired about donating to Beard for guzzidiag, but I am not seeing the > donate< button on his page: https://www.von-der-salierburg.de/download/GuzziDiag/ I could post his email for PayPal purposes, but wanted to check in for the best procedure (?)

I live in Canada, my currency is Canadian dollars, I would like to ensure that as much of my donation gets to Beard as possible, and not get chewed up in currency conversions. If I go straight to PayPal with Beard's address guzzidiag@gmail.com, does Beard prefer donations in Euros? or US funds? Tks very much Kelly

Thanks! Hello Simone, There are some BIN files available for the 15M at https://www.v11lemans.com/forums/index.php?/topic/21701-ecu-bin-maps/ If you cannot download them, send me a personal message, and I will email them to you. I can't find a 15RC BIN, but there are people who may help. See discussions: https://www.v11lemans.com/forums/index.php?/topic/16359-california-vintage/page/6/&tab=comments#elControls_251108_menu https://www.v11lemans.com/forums/index.php?/topic/22035-ecu-limited-by-stock-o2/ DD fitted a 15M in place of a 15RC and with Meinolf's BIN, he is very happy with the results. This disabled the lambda sensor. https://www.v11lemans.com/forums/index.php?/topic/19652-v11-ecu-15rc-vs-15m/ Happy 2021, Marty. 2
Lucky Phil
Here's some interesting information from Beard ( who invented Guzzidiag) on the German Guzzi site with regards to map applicability between different 15M ECU's. http://www.guzzi-forum.de/Forum/index.php?topic=50506.0 From 15M to 15RC goes. From 15RC to 15M does not work.In PC jargon:You cannot copy a (full) 8GB USB stick to a 1GB stick. The other way round is not a problem. The comparison lags slightly, since the same IC with 64kB FLASH is built into the ECUs.But the 'BIOS' of the 15M only erases and writes 32kB,the BIOS of the 15RC erases and writes 48kB.
