What Puil said, if there's too much grease the shaft pieces wont compress until you let some grease out, I had to take the zirk off to let some out. Then learned not to grease the center zirk when the axle wheel not in place. I have a nice used driveshaft complete from a Centauro . if you can determine they are the same, I'll sell it.

Paul, does that mean a triple clamp from an EV would also fit? I have a complete EV fork that I couldn't find a buyer for so can take that off.

I've had a couple dozen Guzzi, mostly Tonti but did have a 2002 Lemans so I'm well versed in them, doubt there's another member around my location with more knowledge. Not saying I'm an expert but I think I can asses the bike myself.

Docc, I don't have any more info just a fuzzy pic. The owner is well off and down in Florida till late April. He has an RSV and 850t turned into a sweet V7 replica that money was no issue wHen built. He takes care of his stuff but all of them have low miles, I don't know how low. It's said he wants to sell them all in one deal which I probably can't swing so not sure I'll even get the chance to buy. I'm just trying to be prepared when the time comes. I like the rustic wood look and if you don't need insulation I'd leave it. Just get good lighting.

They look similar but a wire hair pointing Griffon is not the same as a GWP. I hope he's a fearless retriever but I'll have to wait and see, he does point at the chickens next door. I've done a lot of shooting with him nearby and it doesn't bother him a bit, my passed Lab was gun shy.

My new puppy is 5 mo old now. He's a Griffon.
