you have a 15m computer. the one you reference is a p8 from a EV or cal 1100i.

sidestand switch? wires around steering neck under tank, left side can come unplugged?

do you have any tank suck? what color are the plugs?

the fuel filter is a one way device (on my bike w/external pump) maybe you have the FF in backwards? that might be too nutty.. ?

that sounds a little like the stumble/cough I had at 4200rpm... I put on a Mistral cross over and it went away completely. Is you air cleaner flowing air or could there be a mouse nest in there?

Lucky guy, did you get the Gold color? welcome to the board! you must know of Moto International, yes? my charge light never does that, start by checking the battery posts are clean and tight, and the ground wire from battery to motor or frame.

you could probably make a really nice up trade if it is nice condition.. go to Moto International and trade for the same type but w/out the fairing.

how do you know its the CPU and not the plug?

sounds far out but try cleaning the ignition switch. you've tried everything else!

Edge, I like the look of those better than the risers I have, do you have pics of your bike w/them beyond that diagram stuff?? and let me say the "EDGE" plastics you sent are great!

once you get a Guzzi you might just decide to stop in Italy... fergit BMW and the rest.. if you need more than another Guzzi have a look at the Duc's like the HyperMotard or MultiStrada.

are they seimens relays that came on the bike..? if so replace them all.. I wonder about a dirty ignition switch or it could be bad?

could the noise be tank suck? if you open the cap do you get a woosh?

you can get a new micro switch from Radio Shack for a couple bucks.. bring the old one in and go thru the drawers to match one up.. you might have to break off a little tab on the new one to make it fit.. don't expect the clerk to know anything about your needs.. in the old days the guy would know what you need but now it will just be a kid there who knows nothing.

Ratch, the cali's have a cable. motomoto, do you have one o them one plate clutches? sounds like it might be going bye bye.. how many miles? actually it's the 03 with the single plate clutch but you could still have it. http://wildguzzi.com/forum/index.php?topic=25317.0
