  1. Yes, I like the wheels 🛞
  2. Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale
  3. After installing MPH risers on my 01 Rosso Mandello, I was able to buy a hydraulic clutch line for a 1997 MG Centauro, which is longer than my original stock line, It works great.
  4. We had a Spine Raid Jail Break Saturday meeting at Linda’s 5th St Diner in Bowling Green KY. After a good brunch, we rode around Southern KY, totally 350+ miles. The weather couldn’t be better, the Mivv’s were pouring out a glorious soundtrack. Thank you all for attending and what a great “idea” to get together, break bread and ride! images here: https://www.v11lemans.com/forums/gallery/album/323-spine-raid-jail-break/
  5. Nice piece of kit.
  6. Gene I agree 100%
  7. Jimi was dead before I was born, but I can admire brilliance when I hear it.
  8. My dad traded a 96 Sporster custom for a 98 Buell S1 White Lightning ⚡️I think it was $10,599. It had a crude seat, vibrated all over the place when idling, but once moving it smoothed out, suspension was WP, the front brake was epic. You had to remember not to hit the rev limiter(which was really low), if so it kept a respectable pace through a curvy road. While racing me on my 98 Honda SuperHawk 996, we about blew the motor, the bike had many recalls and dad wrecked it once so it lived at the HD dealership. On a trip back from Deals Gap the oil light came on, we pulled over to check, it had almost no oil in it. Dad traded the bike for a 00 BMW RT and the Buell chapter was over. A lot of fond hooligan memories mixed with mechanical failures & some scars.
  9. I looked into the Pan America 1250 last year with a new motor design with 150HP, on paper it sounded like a solid plan. That was until I Googled "Harley Davidson Pan America 1250 problems". They had major engine failures in 21' and many other recallable issues to sort through the following years, leaving me to sort through low mileage used bikes for sale, some with new engines. Getting a read from the forum, Harley financing pushes warranties heavily on their bikes up charging you before you can leave the dealership. The sad reality is you need the warranty to maintain one on the road. Harley has failed to reinvent itself with new products because of quality and design flaws. For instance the electric HD LiveWire with 70miles of highway range, I would have trouble getting home from the dealership . The new HD Road Glide and Street Glide look teched up with features for 25', I hope history doesn't repeat itself.
  10. Love Pecco and glad he won the race, but Marc was legitimately the fastest Factory rider on the track.
  11. There were plenty of Marc fans but when Pecco won the race the crowd went crazy, so no love lost I guess. I was at the track an unaware until later that the M power BMW safety car wrecked around the same time as the infamous sprint to the pits to change bikes move. All the dramatics and chaos were fun to watch and I think the lead safety director let it all happen because of the wrecked safety car, which had to be removed from the track with a rollback wrecker.
  12. Speedfrog- Looks like 2004 was a great model year for Moto Guzzi. Spine Frame, Tonti, & CARC bikes sold brand new together.
  13. Docc, my Rosso has a December 2000 build date.
