I have never seen a Guzzi w/that connection. they always vent to air.. the regulator just has a big spring in it, I don't think manifold pressure would have any effect.

you mean that manhole cover comes off?

how do you get that potting material out? then you can fix it right? I have a stock reg that I'd like to try that with.

my 02 is happiest at 5k... can cruise hwy at 4k fine... I rarely see 6th gear.

Make new brackets similar to stock but longer.

I used to have it w/past Guzzi's but not since I got this 2002 V11Lemans, knock on wood! It's the best Guzzi I've had out of a half dozen...

FYI, you can weigh your tongue w/a fish scale. (wish I were photoshop proficient for that one!) I notice trailer most going in/out driveways with a dip, if the trailer wheels go over it separately you feel a little head shake but your going slow so it is no way upsetting. another thing to consider, safety chain? if so will the trailer bring you down into the ditch or into oncoming if it has a flat or other failure? If you don't safety chain will you be cited by law enforcement? could it break away and kill someone other than you?

are you sure? my mistral x-over seemed to increase low end and even midrange.. my motor comes alive at 4k now instead of 5k. best improvement I have made.

1994 SL1 wagon.. uses the same oil filter as all the recent Tonti frame motors!

What pisses me off is this dictator moderator squeezes his way on in just a few years has taken over control.. I like to be able to ask the people stuff about my wife's saturn or hear about Luthiers guitar building etc... but now strictly guzzi or nothing? surely there could be other ways to control the real problem members rather than offend the people who are on the board because of it's broad range of discussion and expertise. giving that power to a recluse on an Island off Alaska with a his own complete set of standards is too much for me so I left.
