Used Guzzi Parts Seller Does Not Ship to US 🤷♂️
footgoose replied to HadaDaytona's topic in 24/7 V11
I had some parts shipped from Canada a while back. It took a long time and with no way to track, it looked ominous for awhile. The parts just showed up one day thankfully. Have you posted a list of wanted parts here yet? -
I can't help with the problem but, a photo of the Three Tenni's together would be fun. I've wondered how similar the greens are.

I must go with Phil on this one. I have certainly been there and with a considerably less daunting project. I have no idea what you're capable of so I can only offer encouragement. Because - I like to witness passion based accomplishments. That said, I'm not a fan of the Centauro. A complicated machine that looks odd, and such a deviation from the Daytona's original purpose, it's hard to believe it made it to production. So I get why someone would want to improve it. I think it's only redemption is leaving it as it is. A brutally extraordinary motorcycle.

does original owner have a recollection of why it needed 'sending out'? If it's not the notorious red frame 'crack' or some other seriousness .. you'll be smiling in no time. I have a spring if Scud is out.

just fyi, this is not a verb. It's a noun, like Batman. Pressureangle is a helluva guy too.

There is so much incredible talent out there, and so much of it 'under the radar'. Always has been I suppose. I saw a curious post from a musician I follow on X. He asked an AI to write and preform vocals and all instruments, using some of his own ideas/prompts for style and genre. He posted a short clip, which had a spiritual rock band sound. Generic but very professional. Human soul was represented well. Wish I could repost it here. He then said the result made him wonder if he should ever pick up a guitar again. I hope real human talent like these folk doesn't get lost in the race to transhumanism.

What with low miles, and the seller apparently motivated to sell, And a top Guzzi guy knowing what is needed to bring her up to reasonable standards, this is looking more like a real find for someone wanting to add a bike or replace a 'long in the tooth' bike. How often does one see a classic come up 'word of mouth'? If I were not so long in the tooth, I might be westward bound.
