  1. And why not Valpolini head cover gaskets, the best for the best. Cheers Tom Sent fra min SM-A505FN via Tapatalk
  2. Checked fuel pressure today, all good. Next step is the interwebworld, ( Guzzidiag ), I rather go skydiving. Cheers Tom. Sent fra min SM-A505FN via Tapatalk
  3. Not perfect, but. Sent fra min SM-A505FN via Tapatalk
  4. Not long since I put Mistral crossover and the titanium option cans from Guzzi on the greenie. New gaskets for headers, and tighten the bolts so I can turn them a little sidevice. The headers I think are the boss, the rest have to follow, and I use a lot of paste. I'm sure you know all this. But I think the wear marks are nugging you the most . You can put the Mistral crossover all the way into the headers for a nice fit, but then you are in trouble with the cans Can take a picture tomorrw, to show my fit together and wear marks. A few inches of piping woud have been nice, a few inches divided by ,,,, comes out in $. I woud have paid the full price. Cheers tom.
  5. Can't imagine my bikes without washing for years, up here at 59d, so a lot of gentle cleaning comes with the territority. Australia'n continent moved 1.5m north the last 22years, but that probably didn't change your need to wash Cheers tom.
  6. Thanks Docc, everything is simple when,, IPA will not be running low, beer is on me. Did try right now with the PC, a little better. Tried with the Titanium ECU, WORSE. Have 847 regulator on both bikes, very happy with that. It's friday [emoji482]. Cheers Tom Sent fra min SM-A505FN via Tapatalk
  7. She came with PC111, running strong. Will try putting it back on, just for testing. Also have a new Titanium ECU for testing. Cheers tom.
  8. Advice taken on fuel pressure. Outside pump and filter. Since she is running strong in the upper rpm,, I wouldn't think filter, but. Just ordered a new pump and filter. Will try that first before more wondering. Thanks Phil. Cheers tom.
  9. Haven't got the plumbing yet to measure fuel pressure, but wondering has anyone gotten rid of stuttering, misfiring, exhaust bangs going steady between 2000 - 3000 area by getting a little higher fuel pressure ? She is missing some fuel in that aerea. Idling, balancing, TPS, valves, 0.85mm cam sensor and all elec have been gone thru,,, AND she runs VERY strong in the mountains in the upper rpm. Curious as usual, so be great if someone said,, yes I had a problem like that with my f regulator, little red neck adjustment cured the problem The cure was a suqqestion from a what I call a awaked friend. Suqqestions, yes please. Problem shall be solved. Cheers tom.
  10. Have 40 Omrons in stock . Cheers tom.
  11. V nice temple, it still will be crowded ,,, they all do. 50cm roof insulation I woud think. Well done. Cheers tom.
  12. Memory,, no panel,, still say it's a quick job. Bolts for mirrors, bolt above head cover, long bolt a bit further ahead, and was it more actually. Service friendly and one piece. Cheers tom.
  13. Very simple actually, in 1 piece, wiring to turn signals, and a few bolts. Cheers tom
  14. Comment, think about it, she even run when the hose on the Twin max falls of = major vacum leak . Some have lots of miles, still running good. Hope the wear is the same on both trottle bodys. Cheers tom
  15. Well done, another thing of the list. And you made sure the shaft is tight, and now play on the axle ? Cheers tom
  16. Input, Greg, do you have a bin just saying after using the carbtune a few times already, IMHO does the job VERY well. Specially like the restrictors on the hoses, smooths the reading out. Even better hoses. Probably a ton of gear out there from 10$ -50k. Cheers tom.
  17. First failure was incorrect clearence,, no clearance. I'm suprised it lasted that long, po rode may be 2000m, and I about the same before failure. Just had to drop in the next one up in the mountains, to get home. Took it out and made clearance. It lasted another 2000m, before failure. BUT a close look yesterday reviels a tiny touchmark, so probably marked it, on the 60m trip home. 2 destroyed because of wrong clearence. I have a couple on order, for a Fiat I think. Cheers tom.
  18. YES, had a good ride today, and it feels great to have solved the issue. I know I won't manage 156.25mv,,,, but will toy a little bit more with the TPS,, runs strong how. Yes learned a bit more. Will enjoy my IPA very relaxed tonight. Happy riding guys . Cheers tom.
  19. Quick experience sharing again in Luigis world. Didn't make winkie lights today, but sure she is ready for a trip tomorrow,,, when sobering up. Nothing wrong with the rest of the electrical system. Relay 1 feeds that and the whole trip, did change 1 wire in the relay base, cooked down to 2 things, either ECU or cam sensor. Another faulty sensor. And my broken ones, they measure 648 and 671 when cold, zero when warm. Have a good feeling she be fine tomorrow. Only 4.10am . Cheers tom.
  20. And we still like turning, lowering is a NO,, they're not to bad. Just get of for a few minutes , thats medicin. Cheers tom.
  21. If it's not leaking, measure the sag, and on the road,, SHE will tell you things tru riding, you have the aerea to it Yes I do like the Øhlins suspension on my Corsa, but still not ready for Wilbers on my Greenie. Just my own idea. Always nice to upgrade, Morten Magers Wilber business in Konsmo is taken care of by his son, I heard. Have some experience with Wilbers,, exelent product for the money. Cheers tom.
  22. Sorry IDK right now, just happy it came with the bike. Are they all a little of ,, looking from behind. Have seen other bike,, bikes with the same fender on the forum, some euro company ?? memory thing Will report if memory. Cheers tom.
  23. Thanks Docc, will check kill switch to. My relays sits actually tight in all the vaseline in the base, but will at least change one cable between relay 1 and 2,,,, to stiff. Cheers tom.
  24. When you look at the wiring coming out from the switch,,, every time from right to left with the handle bars, makes unnesseserly stress on the cables. What I did,,, gave the cables some room and strapped them at the switch, not perfect, but relieves the stress on the soldering. Cheers tom
