  1. Very nice, low mileage example of a 900ss. https://grandrapids.craigslist.org/mcy/d/petoskey-2002-ducati-900ss-senna-edition/7537164005.html

  3. Beautiful bike
  4. Doesn't look like a tall mans bike. Excellent!
  5. Docc, I remember getting a little bit of sales literature when I purchased the bike new. To my knowledge it was a late 2000 built red frame listed as a 2001 Moto Guzzi V11 Sport CF, I assume for Carbon fiber. I bought the bike in 2002 after the Lemans and blacked out motor advancements had hit the showroom floor, so it was kind of languishing on the dealer floor next to its peers.
  6. Docc, you forgot to mention during your 45 minute brake tech session we had a couple Harley visitors from Florida experiencing a "Rocky Mountain High".
  7. Clean California, may be the second speedometer but presents like it could be as low a mileage as claimed. https://www.cycletrader.com/listing/2003-Moto+Guzzi-California+Aluminum-5022746795

  8. Biglangster, how many times have you had to use the "extra" fuel from your emergency bottle on this trip?
  9. Good to see he left the stock exhaust
  10. That weekend sounds good to me Docc. Maybe group of riders could meet you back in McMinnville, then take the hay bale state road tour back to Tellico?

    Daytona 1000

Even a "cooking" Daytona is a magic thing, the 4v/v engine is a beast, it encourages you to rev it and it sounds glorious. 15k sounds a little rich, but they really are great bikes and I think will rise in value, after the round heads I think it's the best looking engine Guzzi made. I agree with you 100%
  12. Ducati & Bimota.....
  13. Docc, took my sons last year in the truck, the event was packed w people and more importantly with bikes that rode to the track. It seemed like parked bikes surround the whole track. Then the museum
  14. Not to step on KaleV11's response, but the bike came new with carbon front fender and windscreen. The side panels and chin spoiler were added later. I always liked the stock silver bike with the pipes, forks and bits, because they matched the engine paint the best of the original three colors offered.

  16. Docc, Bill, Randy, Rick, Eric, Kale, Josh, etc..... anyone interested in a run down to Barber Vintage Days? https://www.barbermuseum.org/barber-vintage-festival/
  17. Bill, A lot of Global Warming has transpired in the 18 years of the SSR. Nicole & I rode down to Tellico Plains in May I think 🤔 & ran into 88 degree days(we were on a 116cc Indian heat box, it was hot) So rain, tornadoes dry weather El Nina, whatever, I like KaleEV enjoyed riding w fellow Spine Raiders. There is something about riding in a group of Guzzi sport bikes rumbling down the road that is drawing me in for more.
  18. This is a pretty clean bike looks ready to go w spare parts, luggage, and a reasonable price. https://milwaukee.craigslist.org/mcy/d/south-milwaukee-moto-guzzi-v11-cafe/7525197082.html
  19. Glad to hear nobody was seriously hurt, very sorry to hear about the motorcycle/truck damage. That all said, it was a fantastic Spine Raid and we all had a magnificent time. Already looking forward to next year, and looking towards some 'pre- raid travelling around there next season. I agree, maybe we should plan a "Spring Meet" gathering the Spine Raider's together to ride, just a thought.......
  20. Lake Cumberland, Wolf Creek Dam
  21. Docc. I’m glad you stayed calm under pressure.
