  1. So, my Brembo Gold rear caliper(Brembo P32B-gold w 07BB0110-20518521) is destroyed and needs to be rebuilt or replaced. I have reached to MG Cycle and Curtis at Harpers, does someone on the forum know where to get a replacement caliper? Hi Joe, Unfortunately, Brembo let us know back in September that those gold calipers were discontinued and are no longer being produced. We do not have a rebuild kit for those (not sure we ever did as they do not list a rebuild kit in the spare parts book). I am currently not sure what else will work for your application as the gold caliper being discontinued was recent. It is possible that someone has found a viable alternative for that caliper, but we are not aware of it. You might want to try searching some online forums to see if anyone has done that research for you. Regards, Andrew MG CYCLE All, Do you still have rebuild kits for the rear brake for my 2001 V11 Sport Rosso Mandello, I think it’s a Brembo P32B? I would be interested in the whole caliper complete or just the kit if that’s all that is available
  2. Marquez was clearly the best rider in the race, w a brilliant performance. But I'm still rooting for Suzuki's Rin's and Mir's smooth approach of closing in at the end of the race to podium, again.

  5. So I took the rear brake off, found that it heated up enough to melt the rubber. So I got it cleaned up enough for a rebuild kit. It also left residue on the rear disc and wheel.

  9. Mine is a 75, not all original but a rider.
  10. Very happy for Aprillia too, it’s been a long road to the top. I root for Suzuki, Alex Rins & Joan Mir, although they don’t seem to have the top speed of the Ducati’s.
  11. We had a southern jet stream driven heat wave role into the Bluegrass country, temps got up to 77 by afternoon. Took the opportunity to pick up my bike and air out any carbon buildup. About halfway home noticed the rear brake was sticking, heated up the rear disc. So we pulled over and pried open the pads with a pocket knife, looks like a rear master cylinder rebuild kit and brake pads are the next items on the parts list. It was a nice ride on curvy roads, bike ran brilliantly besides the brake hiccup.

    2004 Coppa Italia

Lucky Phil I agree that the heat cycles would make this a bad idea. To be honest I didn't think it was even possible thus why I originally thought it was some sort of carbon fiber tape wrapped over the OEM valve covers. While this bike is def on the higher end on price, its rare and has a lot of farkles added, very nice example of a V11.
  15. Nice Coppa Italia with low mileage, and what appears to be carbon fiber valve covers. Must be some kind of wrap, but looks the biz. https://www.cycletrader.com/listing/2004-Moto+Guzzi-V11+COPPA+ITALIA-5020770475
  16. p6x have you ever considered a Indian FTR? The S and Carbon are lookers along with the fact that they have an upright seating position with a handle bar? Its a 120 HP V-twin that sounds good.
  17. Count me in on a carbon fiber seat cover.
  18. Updated pics Rosso with the MPH riser kit using V10 Centauro throttle cable. All the credit goes to Kale on this install, he also cleaned on the bike quite a bit while waiting for me to source parts. The goal now is to ride these bikes to the Spine Raid Rally in Tellico Plains this summer.
