Very cool, good friends and good times. The scale of the event is certainly impressive. Makes me think I should drag my old '72 CB350 out of the garden shed and do "something" with it. I certainly wouldn't mind having that HD XLCR 1000 in the garage.

Wow indeed, very impressive operation they have and some great pics. Looking forward to some video.

good suggestion, I will pour some Evan Williams and make some changes

Mostly for helping myself to understand the circuit and the suggestions for troubleshooting, might be of help to others. If someone sees errors, I will correct them.

Nice to finally meet you fellows, lots of cool machines and interesting people-watching. Thx for posting about the whole affair, maybe GMC will make the next one.

Thanks for the reminders gentlemen, I have attached a post-it note to my desktop monitor as the fail-safe reminder. I will try to get out bright and early on Sat.

The Street Rod was my favorite version of the V Rods, I must say I really enjoyed it right up to the day it was totaled in a deer strike.

I kid, but had similar experience. My wife bought an entire sheepskin at a garage sale and I promptly stole it for seat covers. Some not too stylish, but cool during hot weather and warm on those brisk mornings. Mine also soaked up water, had to strap a plastic bag on top for nights outside the garage.

Ha you caught that before I could change "mount" to "install"!

Agreed. The drone shots are a great touch and labeling the bikes for the less informed makes it all the more interesting. I hope to make it next year, which is what I said last year. -

I saw that one on Cycle Trader, it's about twice as far away, a little older, and has a few more miles, but doable. Giving it a second look and it's growing on me. UhOh. I just thinned the herd from 4 bikes to 3 to open up some garage space, but wtf, 3 Guzzis and a '23 Z900RS sounds ok, and I can always put the Greenie in the living room. If it's still for sale next month on my 70th birthday, I'll tell the wife that's what I want. -

Congrats on the score, I guess I can delete that bookmark now I've been smooth talking my wife to drive me up there so I could ride that bike home if it was roadworthy for the 100 mile trip, seemed like a great price. Enjoy and post more pics. -

Correction to my post above re: secondary adjuster gap. I meant to type .7mm (not .1mm) as Phil mentions in page 1 and 2 of this thread. Got out for another ride today in between rain showers and must say I'm thrilled with how smooth and precise shifts are now , should have busted a move on this fix when I first saw this thread.
