  1. I love that color!
  2. :notworthy:I bow to ya, thanks for explaining! now I know what to call the engine dressing on my '02 Lemans lol
  3. I don't do FB but my video should be there, can you add it?
  4. balancing the TB's won't get to the bottom of the problem if your valves are too tight.. Start with valve settings before TB sync.
  5. I would start by doing a valve adjustment.. also do you have a stock crossover? some of the low rpm shake might go away if you get a Mistral, it worked for me and I'd do that before a power commander.
  6. could be you just need to balance the throttle bodies..
  7. Hello, I ride mostly western USA when I can get away from home.

  8. for an Italian bike you use paint brushes!

Youtube flags video with commercial music that I don't own.. then they don't pull it down but rather put their own adds over the video..

  11. How many miles on that bike?
  12. laugh if you want but I covered mine with road kill..
  13. Nice Bill, your a lucky guy!
  14. I think the trip knob is reverse thread. the internal pump is on 03 and later bikes.. earlier models have a pump under the tank.
  15. sorry about your Dad! one thing you should know, the oil filter is inside the motor, you get to it thru the manhole cover on the bottom, or better yet drop the sump and you can lock the new filter in place with a hose clamp so it can't loosen up and destroy the motor. plenty of searchable topics on this.. "what" you say? well that is where the dirtiest oil is so it does make sense.. for now you can just put in fresh oil and run it that way, I change filters every 2nd or 3rd oil change. if the black engine paint is bubbling off you have a 2002.
  16. It's still nice in Minneapolis, 59 degrees f..
  17. Nice video!
  18. I found the Mistral cross over was all it took to run better in the low rev area... no PC for me.. NICE bike! best color, you'll love it.
  19. would the 5 speed tools work? I will gladly lend out my big bolt, spacer and extra input gear (from a 5 speed). send pm.
  20. kill switch... relay?
  21. You could hop up a Convert w/a later V11 motor.. it's a big job.. or get an Aprilia Mana?
  22. those rubber boots are pretty thick... when is the last time the valves were checked-adjusted?
  23. there are several older style blue face speedo's on ebay right noe, priced right.. would the older version Veglia work? I think it would.
  24. or go to a bike store and get a sigma speedo, you can calibrate exactly to your tire size and have a perfect reading of MPH.. not some Italian idea of speed.. most of them have a trip meter and odometer for holding real mileage log/.. some you can set that to what is actual on your bike.. don't get the wireless because all that spinning stuff can create radio interference.. and don't get the cheap Bell from Wall Mart because it can't keep up over about 50 mph.. the good ones can clock into the triple digits. bonus! they have a clock, average speed calculation, trip time, top speed etc... I hardly had to think, much less write down any thing and had it all there at the end of the trip..see end of video for stats..
