Thinking more about @thumper's stumble, it seems GuzziDiag is a great way to watch sensor values as the bike warms up. It would be telling if one of the sensor outputs suddenly goes open at operating temperature . . .

My coffee is awful this morning.

Yes, well, I had to get myself from a graveside memorial service to a Mother's Day thing. So, yes: pertinent, at the very least. I could have done it without the bad coffee and awful baloney. Probably should have "fasted" . . . -

My worst-coffee-ever story happened just recently . . . Faced with an eight hour non-stop drive (an act of desperation and duty), I fueled at a remote location in the rural Ohio countryside and took on tarmac-grade provisions: an "American Hoagie " (that "looked like" ham&cheese) and a large (LARGE) coffee poured over a chemical-creamer-like-substance squished out of tiny plastic dispensers. Having to choose between two coffee pots, one half-empty and the other half-full, I chose to pour from the Half Full pot. Out of pure optimism. Headed into the city traffic, the "coffee-like-substance" proved to be an exercise in POR (Press On Regardless ), an old rallye cry. I was committed for the duration of this forced-march event. Once I thought I was hungry enough to take the risk, the "Hoagie-like-tarmac-food" package was deployed. As a sensory organism, my neurologic input attempted to process the texture (no detectable flavor) of the thick bread-like-substance surrounding a baloney!-like-substance pasted with a cheese-like-substance. None of this should be confused with "food", only a function of the act of desperation to carry on. Caught in a traffic slow-down on our US Interstate system provided an opportunity to pour out the remainder of the coffee-like-substance. Amazing how that spatters, held out the window from a moving vehicle, even at a "draggy" 50 mph . . . Coffee matters. Yet, sometimes the mission-at-hand overrides the privilege of selectivity. -
Haha, formerly known as " cow paths!"

Weekly now I make a 100 drive to see the grand-little-one. There are thirty (30) speed zone changes. And many clever locations for "bacon behind the bush" lying in wait . . . Occasionally, I get to take my motorcycle route over the ridges and along the river. It takes longer, but is so relaxing. Not just the lovely curves and nice scenery, but the absence of regulatory stress.

Interesting, I have had seemingly minor intake, and also exhaust, leaks wreak havoc on mySport's running quality . . .

It occurs to me to get connected to GuzziDiag and select all of the pertinent sensors to assess if their readings look "within normal limits", especially once warmed up . . .

Your tune-up included valve adjustment, plugs, TPS baseline, CO Fuel Trim, and throttle body balance? edit: and that the issue was there before the tune-up and remained unchanged?

I used to date this girl in college that liked heater hose over her footpegs . . . " and that was the only thing I will confess to" . . .

The sort of effort worth its own thread. SSR XX or Bust!

This "Slime" mini tire inflator (top left) stays in the Tekno with this load out including an amazing plug system (not "rope" plugs). Used it a few times. I can't find any dimensions on the Slime products, but this one looks comparable: Slime Compact Tire Inflator #40060 -

I see @FalcoLion last visited October, 2023. Maybe the "@" notification will come to his attention . . . -
More to the point, @Randy, and his Coppa Italia, in their natural habitat:

It occurred to me to add, while the level can be checked in situ, the forks should be removed to change the oil. I have used a vacuum siphon to remove "most" of the oil for a pseudo-change, but is pretty shaved-ape, I admit . . .

+ 1 on the SealMate! And the oil level can be checked with the forks mounted if you have a way to support the bike safely and let it down to fully compress the forks with the top caps off. This is by using the "air gap" method to determine fill level.

Our air cooled, V-twin big block Guzzi are a good example of design based upon maintenance and reliability goals. The whole spineframe chassis, as well. The ease of wheel removal, brake service, and battery access is admirable, IMCO. Sure, there is that "tank off" thing for the air and fuel filters, but I've seen worse.
