Whatever you do , make sure you voltage regulator ground does NOT go directly to battery - terminal. Kiwi_Roy warned about this on the possibility of this becoming the main battery ground and frying the wiring harness.

Brake-Kleen and compressed air. Replace all seals and o-rings when you do this . -
It is rumored these are NLA . You will have to search and find them . Get 10 of them because they are a good thing to have on the shelf .

And inspect thr wiring at the connectors. If the wiring looks burnt , it will no longer "work". Cut back until you find fresh wiring. -
A lot of relay selections will give you an amperage rating for the current carrying abilities of the contacts at the on position and off position. The relay in this application needs to be at 30a or more on both circuits. It carries the starter current when the relay is energized and the headlight current in the off position. Both these circuits are important. I assume you have installed the extra relay to energize the starter relay ? It is not hard to do and it gives you satisfaction knowing you will get the starter solenoid current off the starter button and the start relay. A quick look says , The Bosch relay has a 10a rating and the Wehrle relay has a 10/25a rating . Short answer= NO

Listen , you have no idea how much "electricity" a vehicle consumes during a vehicle's operation. It can run out of battery very quickly. -
Take your DVOM and go from the spark plug cap to ground w/your meter leads. You will test the integrity of the cap, plug wire and the secondary of the ign. coil. Both sides should be the same.

You install a new manual petcock along with a new gasket. No electricity required.

Remember , we are nowhere near you or your motorcycle . All we give you is our opinion . It is up to you to figure out what needs to be done. -

This is not just for you but for everyone : any charging system is not meant to charge a completely discharged battery. Recharge the battery before working on a bad charging system. -

Pete is probably correct . I assume you got it back home . 1 charge the battery and pull each fuse to make sure of their condition and no blades show blistering from poor connections . If so ,repair and replace 2 disconnect the voltage regulator and connect a DVOM set on the AC scale . Connect this to the two large yellow wires coming out of the engine case and start the bike . Check the AC output at idle and then high idle . The v output may be 80v or something like that . If it is good , install a new regulator and use insulated butt connectors to get a GOOD connection . 3 when you are finished. Start the bike and check the charging system. 4 Moto Guzzi does not make good EV bikes -
FWIW , in Ky. & Tenn. (and probably all the Southeastern States) these would be fiddles and not violins .

After some serious lurking , I found a Oberon vendor here in the US . The Oberon part # is CLU--0800 and it fits just about every MG product newer than 2005 . I have lost my Post-it notes and can't find all the applications but it does not show it fitting the V11s . Disclaimer : that is not to say it won't work , just that it is not the # for the V11. I didn't find anything for the V11 but you might call and find out ?
-
I was under the impression the clutch pushrod or something was different ? If they are all the same , the part # is 01086330
-
That is the only place(s) it could be different. a person would have to take time and check all part #s between a single plate/dual plate system to find out what is different.
-
I can't see there being any difference between the single plate and dual plate system on the hydraulics.
-
This does look to be correct. I know it lists Moto Guzzi but you would have to get it and see . Maybe Oberon could verify it fitting all V11s from 2000 til the end of production. I don't see how ot could be different.
-
No way ! That is not worth it .
-
you can stuff some kind of filler in there

Did the Quantum pump fit the rubber insulator that held the factory pump ? M/G did not make the pump they sell , they farmed it out just like all other companies .
