I like the C.B. Docc has on his bike. the good thing about the factory set-up on mine , it will never fail because I will never ride them. The one thing I have is the fuses w/the LED that glow when the fuse fails. Expensive , yes. GREAT , YES .
The bad thing about buying these LPs , you can never remove the plastic. I got my best friend Revolver and Rubber Soul and I can't remember if they were German , Russian or Japanese . The bad thing : once they were opened they became just a vinyl record.
R100CS = A perfect airhead
FJ1100= not for me
R9T= No
Griso = righteous
K75S= ok ( I assume that is what is in the picture)
K100RS= I had one , LOVED it & will never understand why I sold it.
A (personalized) BMW cafe racer = NO. BMW has to be stock.
No , I was wanting to make sure you KNOW the lock washer everyone calls a lock washer looks like. There are a multitude of different washers called lock washers. The Nord-washer Phil is speaking about is probably the best permanent type lock washer you can use. This is not for repeated loosening and retightening w/o bolt replacement. This clutch set-up would be what you would use these for.
There are a bunch of different types of washers on the market. A person just has to decide what they want to use and use that style until they change to something else . And yes , the lock washer and flat washer used on most everything is pretty soft and just adequate. SAE flat washers and grade 8 washers are better than nothing .
The proper term is "stuck". You can clean all of this off w/a Roloc disc and get a smooth surface. Spray Brake-Kleen on everything to get the rust and dust off all the metal parts. Also , spray dry film graphite on all metal splines to ensure smooth operation and keep things from rusting.
IDK about the hydraulic clutch system on this bike BUT on cars , trucks , etc. , they are all constant contact , i.e. no free travel. Maybe this is affecting the clutch operation ?
IF you are doing any work to this clutch slave cylinder you do not use any petroleum products to clean , rebuild, parts washer or spray on/around this component. When you go back together with things you can use a brake assembly fluid but no petroleum products .
