FreyZI Posted September 13 Posted September 13 This may be an age-related question. Thought I might be able to find a on this forum to speak to this: elbow pain (mostly acute, piercing; presumably from a little inflammation about the cubital tunnel or bursa) exacerbated by elbow armor and the office desk. I generally wear ATGATT -- MTGMTT. I'm tempted to do olecranonectomies on the elbow pads. Also thinking about a more elegant solution. Anybody ever deal with this annoyance?
activpop Posted September 13 Posted September 13 It's funny you mention that. My mesh jacket bothers my right elbow, but not my left. My left bursa was removed decades ago...idk if both would be bothered if I still had it. Wearing a long sleeve shirt makes it a lot better, but in the summer sometimes you don't want even that on. My thicker jackets don't bother me, just the thinner one. 1
docc Posted September 13 Posted September 13 A dab about the size of a worn pencil eraser, a couple times a day. Rubs right in, no burn - no smell. Accept no substitutes, get the "S" product . . . https://www.apohealth.de/en/products/traumeel-s-creme-50-g-creme-1288865 2
Pressureangle Posted September 13 Posted September 13 My skeleton has skeletons it it's own closet. I used to pop Advil like chicklets. Best thing I ever did for joint pain is quit sugar and carbs. (mostly). Next best is to take Curcumin (Turmeric) supplements. No liver/kidney problems and a great anti-inflammatory. My Dad takes beetroot chewies and says they work too. Worth a shot. 2

I have used DMSO with a chaser of diclofinac topical for hot spots in the past, but prefer homeopathic. 2

I get mine from apoHEALTH, a pharmacy in Germany. https://www.apohealth.de/en/products/traumeel-s-creme-50-g-creme-1288865 3 1

Tomchri Posted September 14 Posted September 14 We do leave a 10L plastic can ( a good quality one without plastic particles ) in the freezer overnight. Unfreeze and leave 2 glasbottles in the fridge. Molekyl change +++. Your body will thank you. Cheers Tom. 2

My girlfriend buys it from the local chemist. I'm not quite convinced that it does absolutely everything it is claimed to do, but it definitely doesn't do any harm. And it does seem to help. 2
Tomchri Posted September 14 Posted September 14 The story about froozen water came from a professor on water in the US. Name possible to obtain. Many for real stories about persons with health issues, PSA#'s ,diabetes ++ getting back to normal. Don't take words from a heden like me, but it's for free, an even taste better.. Took me over 70year to understand water is needed . So when I get up, 1/2 litre of froozen water and coffe of course. I sound like a health freak now. He he, absolutely not . Cheers Tom. 2 1

Gerald Pollack is a bioengineering professor known for his discovery of a "fourth phase of water," called Exclusion Zone (EZ) water, a gel-like, negatively charged state distinct from solid, liquid, and gas. This EZ water forms at hydrophilic (water-loving) surfaces, repels impurities, and has a charge separation that can generate energy, analogous to photosynthesis, to power cellular processes and potentially other technologies. His research also explores its profound implications for biology, chemistry, and environmental applications. This is a new one on me Tom. Quite interesting. I will investigate further ( since I intend to live forever) Grok had a similar and lengthy detailed answer. I posted duckduck's AI answer instead. Seems like this process removes many trace minerals. (which we need) Is this a concern for you? I drink a half liter first thing every morning. Recently with molecular hydrogen. (then after teas and coffee) into mid morning -a second half liter with pomegranate juice and 2tblsp of apple cider vinegar. A third half liter in the afternoon and an IPA in the eve Proper hydration cures a lot of ailments, as does beer. Edited September 15 by footgoose 1

guzzler Posted September 15 Posted September 15 I squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a 500ml bottle of lightly sparkling water for my hydration during the week.... Weekends a good Shiraz does the trick! 3
