  1. Hey DOCC, I like the Oberon. Lifetime warranty, super fancy seal design and many shiny colors. About $150USD As I recall AF1 wanted $25 for a new Aprilia cylinder but said it would take four months to get I would be honored to have my contribution added to our august assembly. Truly, I am humbled

  2. OK Ladies and Gentlemen.... Roper Plate in 304 grade Stainless Steel, 2mm thick. Lead time is about 10 days from the time I order them. I will ensure each is clean with no sharp burrs or roughness before they ship out. Each will be packaged in a box with protection. (Something sturdy like a Fedex box or UPS box). Pricing: If we can get orders for 10; $87 USD each. If we only get orders for 6: $99 USD each. All prices exclude shipping. Will advise the cost when they ship.... Prices include a $20 USD donation to MSF, per Mr. Ropers wishes. I do not want to end up holding multiple plates for months and months so will only do one run. If someone else cares to carry a couple then thats all good too.... just order what you want. I will likely order these in a weeks time. Let me know by making a list of names below. Cheers!

  3. A drawing showing how much travel. I assume the bottom of the piston never comes past the bottom seal.

  4. I have pricing for the plates and have reached out to Pete to see what he wants donated to MSF. As soon as I have that I can post the unit cost. Just FYI, the cost difference between 3/16"/ 5mm aluminium (spelled correctly!!!) and 0.080" / 2mm 304 stainless steel is less than 50 cents a unit. So I think the stainless option is best.

  7. My memory fails me but , I never heard of the Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac until right around the first round of Covid 19 . I was in one of my favorited haunts in Cape Girardeau at CD Warehouse and a Fleetwood Mac CD was playing . I asked the salesman some ?s , he pulled the CD out of the player , I bought it and things were never the same !

  9. A company called Oberon makes a billet version, lifetime warranty, p/n CLU-2800 The smart guys on here will determine if the stock pushrod will work. I have to make a new one anyway, so it's irrelevant to me. We knew somebody else had to use that cylinder

  10. I only dimensioned the differences Oddly the cylinder off my bike had no spring It fits like it should on the trans.

  11. No but I'm right there if you know what I mean...front brake hose almost has no slack with forks fully extended and the start/kill sw wiring had to be rerouted slightly. I don't think I can bring them back any further without replacing hoses and lengthening wiring. Also, it might cause interference issues with the fuel tank. The forks are about a 1/2" higher in the clamps with these risers vs the oem clip ons, i don't notice any difference in handling but the bike sits more "upright" on the side stand because of the risers.

  13. #1 verify the throttle kicker is fully closed. #2 look at all the throttle linkages and be certain there is no binding anywhere and be sure throttle plates are snapping shut when you are releasing the throttle

  15. @DucatiGuzziIndian/Andrey, Thanks for the interest in offering this to the community! At last roll call (May 2023), there were eight parties interested in nine plates before @Dragonknee inquired in October making a potential for ten (to be verified): Curious how this latest, authorized, run might be inscribed . . . "Rusty Star Picket Project Redux " . . . ? The last genuine original motomoda plate:
