  1. Aren't the instruments protected by the outer cover?
  2. A typical mod on any EFI engine with an air temp sensor is to put it somewhere cool to richen the mixture. That was before the days when you could just remap.
  3. AGM is Absorbed Glass Mat, a type of battery. Yuasa is a brand. Your's is a Yuasa AGM. Do you not have a charger? You will need to get the battery charged at some point.
  4. Nice! Do they actually connect? Will you post a video? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I'd kill to have a battery at 12.67v. When they drop into the 11s I start to have problems.
  6. While I don't disagree that it could be the battery it usually something as simple as a loose wire.
  7. I would not worry about the battery too much. I suspect it's not the problem.
  8. http://www.v11lemans.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=19510&p=211537 The diaphragm spring is especially nice. Properly set up it can be a one finger lever.
  9. I'm actually surprised there aren't more customized V11 Sports. But then I think about how perfect they got the bike out of the factory (except the f'n relays) and maybe it not worth customizing.
  10. Because of longer lead time advertising, catalogs, etc. will often show pre-production product. This is true across all industries.
  11. It may not fit if they heat sink is on the outside of the light. How much room is in the bucket? They often provide the bulb dimensions. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. When I was balancing my throttle bodies someone, probably docc, said make sure they aren't stripped. Of course they are. As I'm not a fan of the Helicoil I'm fixing it once with Timesert. Step by step to follow. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. The fan will work even inside a bucket. It just needs to cool the electrics on the LED. Remember it's only 20w. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Yeah, what kind of tool would do that!
  15. So you're going to make me pull out the bulb and try it on the V11? Sooooo demanding!
  16. http://www.v11lemans.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=19941&p=220776
  17. I've only gotten 40mpg once. And never 200 miles. I might need to back off the throttle...
  18. I bet there's a thread in 24/7 about this already...
  19. My record in the short time I've had it is 169 miles. Freeway miles coming from SF. The record for most gas in the tank is that time I ran out and it was 5.006 gals (US). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Didn't I do that? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. I think it has a headlight, LED. Might be some hidden turn signals too. Stock mufflers are crazy heavy, along with the wheels. 30lbs for a frame is reasonable although you could trim that down a bit. Especially that rear subframe. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. You can bypass the Sidestand Switch by simply shifting into neutral. And then you could have a bad Neutral switch? Do you remember the good old days when the fanciest thing you had to worry about was if your Boyer was going to fire?
  23. Side stand could have been knocked down from the impact, which looks to be substantial.
  24. The headlight won't make a dent. I'd be more interested in a HID if the headlight shell can take the heat.
  25. Is it really that weak? I have LED bulbs in my vintage bikes because they are actually weak and every amp counts. The V11 seems to be putting out decent voltage barely off idle. What it is the amp rating on the alternator?
