No. But make sure varm up rod and rod are all clear from the inj house. It will take many trys to get it to 157mv. Some mapping recomend closed air screws. Many ways to tune, syncronice. Docs recomended tune up are here in clear notes. Cheers Tom.

Will find out the name of the professor. I prefer beer . Cheers Tom.

The story about froozen water came from a professor on water in the US. Name possible to obtain. Many for real stories about persons with health issues, PSA#'s ,diabetes ++ getting back to normal. Don't take words from a heden like me, but it's for free, an even taste better.. Took me over 70year to understand water is needed . So when I get up, 1/2 litre of froozen water and coffe of course. I sound like a health freak now. He he, absolutely not . Cheers Tom.

We do leave a 10L plastic can ( a good quality one without plastic particles ) in the freezer overnight. Unfreeze and leave 2 glasbottles in the fridge. Molekyl change +++. Your body will thank you. Cheers Tom.

No keep it . Cheers Tom.

YES. Or get the Shindengen from Roadstercycle. Cheers Tom

Factory accessory. They are more exposed on an air cooled head. Anything happens, just get a new head . Looks, oh well. Cheers Tom.

Small report. Yes l like her, she loves curves, very good seat, exelent suspensjon. Headlight actually good. Just spend 5days in Germany, like 2500km. Handle bars a bit big to my liking, and wind screen to low for Autobahn, l'm 6.2. Do start her a lot in 1gear, but are a good friend with the tranny now. 233km in Road mapping, probably a bit more in Sport mode, nicer in towns in Road. 9800km, not a lot, but enough time to strech the rods. I never liked buoys on a bike, so travelling light. Cheers Tom. Sent fra min SM-S906B via Tapatalk

Looking at the ground on brain there, original ? Good upgrade is a separate ground instead. Learned it here . Cheers Tom.

Correct ! At least I can't feel any difference between a V11 with 1 or 2 crossovers. Cheers Tom.
-
And what did we do back early seventy's mounting a new double exhaust on a 440. Putting stripe of white chalk on the pipes and go for a spirited drive. The spot on the pipe with most evidence of heat was where the crossover was mounted. Seemed correct at the time. Crossover on the headers, NOISE reason. Cheers Tom.

No negative effect one mine, and easyer to get the alternator cover of. Cheers Tom.

More rpm, she is getting enough fuel. Had some black exhaust staines on my RCorsa, different mapping, better, but not easy to get high temperatures at the end of a V11 exhaust system. On the pork shops, may be fumes from airfilter box, intake pipes. Mine will get spots, greasy/oilish . And l don’t have any obviously leaks. Just clean and be happy. Sounds like she is running good, since this was your only concern. Cheers Tom.

English enginering at the best. Had a wodden 44 feet Norwegian fishing vessle with a straight 8 14litre Gardner LBX. Possible to start by hand, speed brace. 2 heads, both with decomp. All internal parts were #, possible to change any lube on the camshaft. What an engine. Sorry now pictures here. Cheers Tom.

Quite a stable of maintaining books, 48cyl ned attention. Age related stuff seems to slip my mind. Ok, some reminders. Getting a lighter bike at some time, but only 71+ . Cheers Tom.

And me think Kiwi Roy says, DON'T ground the regulator at the battery negative. Good ground from regulator to engine block. Cheers Tom.

Thanks everybody. Sorry, for not explaining everything. Bike 100% original when l bought it. She was running ok, just the 3000rpm hesitation. Went thru EVERYTHING, installed complete new exhaust with Titanium mufflers and ECU, valves 0.2+, just one mouse in my house. Today l took out the TPS, checked again, no glitch, set it to 157mv. Start’s perfect and runs perfect. Me thinks Phil had a point with the regulator. Boy was she running RICH, like an old Volvo with full choke. Fuel fumes for hours upstairs. Mini test ride because of the weather, but no problems compared to the same test ride yesterday. Oh well, always something to learn. Thanks again guys. Cheers Tom.

Finally some weather yesterday, and time to test out the Coppa. Starts fine home, all good. After about 10km she starts to misfire a bit, had to give her some revs to keep going. Idling not possible. Sitting for about an hour at friends house. Starts fine again, riding of, but soon misfiring. Got her home sort of. So what comes to mind ? Today I changed the CIT relays to Omrons, Rev sensors work when cold, but if broken dies when hot. In with a new rev sensor. TPS steady from 1075 to 3000. Started her up in the afternoon, no success. Keeping her alive with reving, lots of black smoke of gas. Spark plugs, lets say BLACK. Another used set in, just the same. Hints please. Cheers Tom.

I realy like the WP suspension on the 1100 Sport, but there is a plastic part that's hard to find. So yes I woud put a WP front on the V11. Øhlins on two V11, and yes they are nice. Look for some used ones. Wilbers only offer springs for the front, but exelent rear schock. Just my experience. Cheers Tom.
