  2. Send your addresses by personal email. More efficient than me asking each one of you. It is free of charge. The objective is to do some kind of team building for the motley crew. If you feel generous, you can give to the webmaster for providing the playground in which we live.
  3. Please tell me how much (including shipping) to make the check , money order , etc. and who to pay and I will pay toll to the troll !
  4. Looks good to me. May I send a check by mail? I don't mind waiting till clearing for you.
  5. Can we be PMed on where to send payment? Gotta lotta things going on right now.
  6. Yesterday
  7. Received! I am not entirely satisfied with how the green gradient turned out. I should have asked them to send me a sample. Another point is the "L" of the "Le Mans" which is really looking alike the "1". What do you think?
  8. The owner of the shop in Holland where I bought it asked me, any experience with sidecar ? I said no, ok, course first then. Went to a big open space. Go riding he said. Didn't take long before I tried riding on 2 wheels. He then wawed, your good to go . It was even red. Cheers Tom.
  9. SO many crashes late in the race. They mentioned weepers. So the track was drying out but the weepers were soaking through and couldn't be seen my the riders? That's awful. Seeing three bikes crash one after the other was pretty bad.
  10. Damp patches that momentarily dry out then return to the track surface - known as weepers - were the cause of multiple crashes in the Spanish MotoGP sprint race. Ahead of Sunday’s grand prix, the state of the track was criticized. Several of the riders, including one who was initially on the podium was demoted because of tire/tyre pressure penalty. Revised tire/tyre pressure rules mean riders must now stay above a lower front minimum of 1.8 bar (instead of 1.88) for 60% (instead of 50%) of a Grand Prix distance, or 30% of a Sprint. Stricter 2024 tire/tyre pressure penalties, no longer allow an official warning for a first offense. You get 8 seconds penalty.
  11. If I had the space, I would seriously consider this one, even in this color.... Anyone else?
  12. Now that you talk about it, I realized that I have never driven a motorcycle with a sidecar....
  13. MMarquez did the pole, after heavy rains during the night, the track was damp. In any case, it will be interesting to watch the sprint race.
  14. And the fun continues! Hello , Your item is out for delivery on April 27, 2024 at 7:46 am in HOUSTON, TX 77055. USPS expects to deliver your package today by 9:00pm.
  15. USPS is not isolated in the new trend. At least, their prices are still within reason.
  16. It is not about the wait; it is about the service being priced according to the transit time, and the lack of accountability of not only USPS, but many other companies. I am fresh out of a similar fiasco with FedEx; I paid 234 USD to ship my Quota instruments to Casa di Moto in Germany. The 234 USD I paid was based on a time frame for delivery. Somehow, FedEx Germany did not get the information it needed to clear the package from the German customs. That information was provided when I went to the FedEx Office where I shipped the package from. They gave me a printout to verify that everything was correct, including the custom declaration, the telephone number, address, email address of the recipient. The package got stuck at the German customs, and I received a voice mail from FedEx the package could not be cleared because the recipient's detail were missing. I provided the alleged missing details; phoning FedEx in the US proved to be extremely difficult. After several days, the package was finally delivered to Casa di Moto. FedEx Germany sent a bill too, because instead of doing a temporary importation since the instruments were just going back to the USA, they did a final importation, thus charging duty. It does not stop here, but for the purpose of being brief, I can tell you that FedEx declined making a partial refund for not executing the service as they should have had. Yes, the package eventually got delivered, but the service provided was overpriced. In the same way, you purchase a flight and it gets delayed; you miss your connection with another flight operated by a different company. Post covid, there are serious service quality issues with many providers. I am fine that it may happen, but if you don't provide the service you got paid for, you need to refund something.
  17. Have you downloaded the manuals Greg Bender made available? They're about 10MB. https://www.thisoldtractor.com/moto_guzzi_misc_spare_parts_catalogs___exploded_parts_diagrams___parts_fiche.html
