As Pete has said, "as different as chips and cheese.." The Norge is hard to beat as a long distance mile eater. The V11S will get you there in less comfort but be a more capable mount in the gnarly bits. Both have that great Guzzi motor, which is what a "motor cycle" is all about, IMHO. I haven't met a Guzzi yet that I didn't love.
Stinks is putting it kindly.
Just learned that they are holding my 543 pictures documenting Larios and 319 documenting the Aero engine conversion hostage. They only want 400 bux a year to show them.
Countless hours down the drain.
How about "reeks of all the souls in hell?"
Yes it is. On an aircraft with (naturally) a mechanical oil pressure gauge.. watching how slowly pressure bleeds at shut down is a good sign of how good the main bearings are. 5 seconds? Pretty good.
Thanks for the picture. That's the first time I've seen an exploded view of the 6 speed. Hopefully, you've gone to a lot of trouble for a loose screw..
I've been using Flickr the last couple of years. Yeah, I know.. yay hoo, but it's fast, and fone friendly. No stupid ads, pop ups, opening another tab, worms, like you get with PB.
Oh, yeah.. never miss it. Arguably the best Guzzi rally in the country. It's down in size now from the 400 years, but still a big one. Nice "driftless" part of the country to ride in, free micro brews on tap all weekend (!!) food, camaraderie. What's not to like? We'll be there in our usual spot.
I don't see a "kit" there. Depending on exactly where the holes are drilled (and tapped) will affect spring pressure. It looks to me to be a one off conversion done by each guy. Easy enough to do, though..
