Not necessarily the same manufacturer, but definitely the correct pitch diameter and pitch.

I sent you an email..

^^^^ Sacrilege. He shall be burned at the stake at dawn..

That will get you an Attaboy! Nice work, Dave..

He was about the right age for that unexpected heart attack if he hadn't been keeping up with his yearly physical exam. That was about the age I had to start staying on top of various heart related issues. My half brother died suddenly at 52. (!) I have a half sister that is still going strong at 93, though.. Just the same, the Reaper told me that tomorrow isn't guaranteed. Enjoy life..

Is is worth it? Absolutely. Classy sign, too.

So Summer.. that's July 30 to August 3? Norwegian bachelor farmer describing the weather after moving to Minnesota.. "The Winters are very beautiful here.. I don't know what the Summer is like, I've only been here 10 months.."

Really pretty country, Tom. Itchy Boots did a video a few days ago.. I was impressed.

Well, I don't think anyone here thinks any motorcycle is actually useful. Abject silliness is what it is all about.. and there are many in SoCal that will pony up their pocket change for something like this. I, too, have seen Todd's work.. and it is first class. Is it for me? No. Make that Hell No.

To add to what Jason said ^^^^ when I was still a young pup in my late 50s, I had comfort issues with my Duck. Finally gave up and bought a cruiser. Hated it.. and.. started getting low back pain for the first time in my life. Dorcia decided to kill me and sent me to a personal trainer. I thought I was in pretty good shape for an "old" guy, but he wasn't impressed. He said, "Your core strength sucks. I'll get you back on sport bikes and road bicycles in no time." He did. If you are putting weight on the bars, especially in the twisties.. you are doing it wrong. Hit the gym and suck it up.

I'll be the devil's advocate here. I've seen Todd's stuff, and it is first rate. Would I be a buyer? No. Make that Hell no. There are many in SoCal that the price of one of these is pocket change, though. I wish him the best.

A few years ago, I was riding the Mighty Scura through the "snake" on Mulholland in SoCal. I pulled in to the overlook on the top, and a guy came over to me. He said, "I'm pretty good at telling what is coming from the sound. I would have sworn that was a V8." While we were shooting the breeze, he called out the next three correctly..

Sorry, it is a *surface* gauge. You can measure height with a height gauge. I have one out in the shop, but I'm too lazy to go out and take a picture. A surface gauge is not obsolete.. it is still as useful as it ever was.

I've never even *seen* a Motoplat. There just may be a reason for that..

Found in FB Marketplace, not mine: 2001 V11 sport, $3300, Virginia beach

(Ahem.) This *is* Guzzi we are talking about here.. -
I used them to send the Strada to SoCal. They were running a special at the time, and I couldn't have ridden it out any cheaper.

Hi, Vic.. thanks! "King, this case is closed." (Maybe before some of you guys time) It's a HF. My paint booth is a big cardboard box. No doubt there are better powder coating guns.. but it works well for what it is. There is a little learning curve.. this batch was better than the last batch.. but nothing like learning to spray liquid, even a rattle can is harder.
-
I have some experience with the old small blocks, but I've never seen that.

Always glad to see a satisfied customer. My QC lady said this is the best batch yet. I think the water jet guy put a journeyman on the machine this time..they fit in the cavity of my fixture precisely, so everything is "on the money."
-
Other than they both charge the battery.. not much.

Installing a doohickey was the start of the KLR from Hell saga.

I just dropped them off at the Post Office. I'll either PM or email everyone with exact shipping cost when I get around to it. I have some glueing and honeydo's to do today. I had the water jet guy use up all the material, so I am now a "stocking dealer" of Lucky Phil Shifter Extenders (tm) although I think the market is about tapped out.

D'oh! Forgot. Sorry, Docc..
