  1. BTW , just how "bent" and how did you remove this bolt ?
  2. Go to a fastener store and try to find a bolt with a non threaded length to suit your need . You can cut to fit your need . Take a hacksaw and remove the "extra" , leaving a couple of threads and spray this with whatever you feel comfortable with . FWIW , When the shock bolt is tightened , the only thing that is gonna "move" is the rod end on the shock . Yjis bolt and everything it tightens becomes one piece .
  3. Keep in mind ALL that prefix and suffix stuff means EVERYTHING . You don't buy the best price , you buy the best quality for the application . Do your research

  10. This happens more often than you need to know . Check the old filter when you remove it and check the surface where the filter mounts .
  11. Now , if you are going to use one brand of oil filter , find a "cup" that fits it and tighten your filter with it EVERY time You are going to have to develop an "aircraft maintenance" quality method and workmanship . If not , you will end up disappointed and have a 800lb. piece of junk
  12. Remove the oil pressure switch , crank it up . It should squirt out oil .
  13. As far as the HP claim........ anyone can say anything . As far as the $50k price tag ..... $49k and I would have been in . Duh

  16. '.030'' is the recommended air gap . You should have an assortment of gaskets to get the right gap .
  17. The unfortunate thing about this subject is ; there are the riders that are using the Odyssey battery and there are those those that rationalize why not .
  18. My red frame had the ORIGINAL battery when it was parked in 2007 . I got the bike running last year and the battery just would not cut the mustard . A new PC545 went in and took care of business .
  19. df1 , you send me this caliper & I will fix it for the cost of parts only , PM me and I will give you my address .
