  1. It's always been obvious Captain Slow has great taste.
  2. Needs more jugs...🤯🤯🤯😎😎😎
  3. I got mine 2 years ago. And they're not exactly cheap. But looking pretty isn't cheap to begin with. 😉🤑
  4. Ghezzi Brian. Bruno can be a little slow with emails. He's still there though.
  5. I have the Ghezzi Brian huggers on both my V11s. Saw the one Scud had and needed one. Then another...😁 It opens up the rear and shows off that trellis swing arm. It also shows off the 18 years of plastic over a painted steel trellis swing arm..Totally worth it though.
  6. You said the same thing to me 5 years ago on the "Scura " ride... 😁😁😁 You're right. Just far less of them.
  7. I can answer this(and you'll probably not like the answer). You'll have to go to a bodyshop or custom painter. I needed the red for my 02. There was 1 place in the US that had touchup and paint for Guzzis. And for v11s they had I think tenni green, guzzi red, and some of the flat silvers and greys. Not my red. Called Guzzi America/Piaggio in NYC. They had nothing. No color code, nada. It was if Aprilia bleached everything in the change to Piaggio or something. A good custom painter or bodyshop will be able to match it perfect since paint color can change with sun exposer and time. I used Colorzone in Huntington Beach, CA. Send him a sample part with the paint color and he will make it.
  8. The best performance mods I've done is the crossover and pipes and the ECU flash. I did the airbox top removal and put the aluminum frame to hold the air filter in on one v11 and airbox on the other. Not a big difference performance wise. But I will admit the sound of the air sucking into the motor sounds pretty sweet. But the best perfomance upgrade? The ECU. It just unleashes the bike.
  9. https://photos.app.goo.gl/c4Gd3dwCtAoTyBJx7 This work?
  10. Forum won't let me post a pic bigger than .2mb. Ugh.
  11. If I was still in Jersey that bike would of been in my garage dayscafter ther posting.
  12. Im sure itll darken with wear.. When I got it I didn't think it was going to be still in new condition. 18 year old seat and it still has the suede fuzz. Impressive.
  13. A Sport vs Lemans? Basically the same. Earlier (pre 2002) apparently had a shorter wheelbase... Where it can get different is with the Ohlins equipped vs Sachs/Marzocchi. The ride is a bit different. Also maybe Scura vs Sport... The Scura has a single plate performance clutch and aluminum flywheel . Faster revs... To me the biggest difference is the suspension. My Scura is a different animal (good and bad) than my Lemans although the same bike..
  14. Bought me a Tenni seat for my Lemans... Thoughts? Sexy with suede on red or is it a lazy wannabe Tenni? 🤣 https://photos.app.goo.gl/bJ5Eo6Cv9pqFRD1W9[/img]
  15. Red and grey.. lots of carbon unobtainium...
  16. The Moto Morini Milano that I wish they still sold in the US and an MZ Skorpion Replika which through time became unobtainable. And a V11 Tenni.. No need for a pic. We all know what those look like....
  17. It's a sign of low voltage. Mine blows if the battery is low and keep trying to start it. It's somewhat rare but it happens.
  18. C'mon... We all know....🤣🤣🤣 Parts bin bike. Probably a wrecked 02 Sport with various bodywork. Dude, if he gets $4500 for that I'm selling my Lemans for $8000 with free info on beach front property in Tucson. 🤣🤣🤣
  19. Gotta get it colormatched. And I think Guzzi did it for a reason. These 2 colors (candy red and the champagne) changes colors over time. My Lemans over years in the California sun has a hue of orange(which imo is gettin better with age) and the champagne Ive seen lighten to a beige and change to more of a gold. I went looking for color codes to get my seat cowl painted to match the red and not the grey and it was like looking for the National Treasure. I took it to a paint shop with a sample panel and had it matched...
  20. These bikes are known for eating voltage rectifiers. For a while I thought mine had a short somewhere in the wiring. After a while the voltage rectifiers just go. One thing I do that seems to help is when I don't ride I keep the bike on a battery tender. Just in case. But if the battery is low and you keep cranking the starter with low voltage you fuse WILL pop.
  21. I have 2. A Lemans and a Scura... Well cared for representing in Tucson.
  22. I discovered a small deposit of unobtainium in the upside down country of Australia. I managed to bolt it onto my Lemans before it could fly away....
