There's something wrong with that company. I've talked to a few dealers that have had issues with them, more than the other brands. I've heard that Aprilia is one of the worst. Now they want to go after their most enthusiastic customer base? What's next, the owner's club too? Hopefully the silliness will stop and won't affect the couple of forums that I participate.

at that price, I'd at least to hope they're bright. OTOH.... I haven't any bulbs to burn out on a bike since my '81 Seca 550. <knock wood>

I've got one of those H4 LED replacements on both Guzzis (headlight buckets). They were cited here a few years ago. They're no brighter than OEM. All in all a disappointment. If someone has a better solution that will fit my Sport and EV, great to know. thanks

Just curious. I wonder if there is a mark (or memory) of how far the TPS was moved during the reset and if it could be returned to the original position? Is it possible to set the TPS by ear and to continually adjust it until the cough went away? Perhaps it would be good to make a pen marker when adjusting. My bike has a low rpm power crater and occasional cough when I take off. It was shown on a dyno. I have to be careful sometime because it's right when I get my feet on the pegs and taking off. I have to be vigilant on the throttle. New plugs really help.

Dusty runs a Spring Rally that caters to the old Guzzi crowd and a Fall Rally that set up on Adv Riders board. Just to clarify to help determine which one or both rallies you might want to attend. Me, I saw the Sultan on New Year's and still didn't get it straight.

I will tell you there are die hard Breva Sport fans out there, 1200 2V. One of my buddies like it better than his Griso Red Devil. But calling Pete, those Breva dashboards are harder to fix than LeMans fairings. None look better than a spiney. Not sure they handle as well either....but the Devil did have more motor, I'll admit. Never ridden a Breva, I do know a fellow that ride cross country all the time on one and goes by moniker TravelByGuzzi.

I periodically clean the the switch with contact cleaner and cycle it a few times. Sometimes play with the relays also clean those contacts and fuse as well.

I haven't watched the video but just looking at the formula, both HP and TQ seem to be measuring units of power but at different RPM ranges. TQ under 5252 and HP over that number. That said, some engines like Harleys, never rev past 5k and others, like race engines, rev so high that the TQ peak is above the 5252. But when looking at "metric" HP and TQ calculations, there isn't a crossover point. That was explained somewhere on the board several years ago, not that I understood it.

I've got the same rack on my Greenie. The HB JR bags alternate between the Sport and the EV whenever needed.

Basically a geology report to know that the house wouldn't sink because of coal mining, IIRC. I was getting a paid move from my job. They hired an outside firm to help with the sale and even buy my house. I found a buyer that beat their price but somehow, they're hooks in the process required the survey even though they were a 3rd party (non buyer). Luckily they didn't screw up the sale. I protested when they threw up this red flag in the middle of the sale that I'd made. Anyway, I signed the papers and they got their hooks into the deal. It's not like I sell a house everyday and never had a contractor "assist" with bait of them buying my house.

Is fuel oil the same as diesel or a close relative? Diesel was $5 a month ago and $3.50 now. Perhaps I should load up the external tank on my truck? My house is natural gas and electric, everything gas is gas. That was the best cost and environmental solution when I built the place 30 years ago. Still the cheapest of conventional choices. I think 40% of electrical generation is from wind in my state, the rest from gas. There's a guy on WG that used to live in Kansas that converted his house to solar and thought it was great. Anyway, I read that diesel will continue to have a higher spread vs gasoline due to demand imbalance. There are only so many gallons of diesel that can come out a barrel of oil, if folks are using less gasoline, the spread will be higher. True or not? It's just what I read. But that's the scare regarding EVs...again, I'm not saying it's true.

Might check the fuel pump. Not sure if it's #4. That's what what happened to the Greenie., it coughed before it died. Kept blowing fuses and blew the spare in a couple of miles. Looking at my bike, I think the diagram shows a 10A for the instruments (front to back)? That doesn't sound right. 4th coming the other way (back to front) is a 15A for the headlights. I have no idea why this is printing red.

@speedfrog , KNKX is 24/7 jazz out of Seattle. That was the first station I've saved. I'll check out @paulnaz going to check out undercurrents. Native Voices ... Oh I am familiar with it. I've heard it on Southern Okla, I think Chickasaws have it on the radio. Thanks guys!

I asked about internet radio a while back. I found a really good station in Oregon KJIV. K Jive. Plays a lot of variety that seems to flow here. A community non profit. Also listening the Aardvark recommended here. Tunein has Rockin Rhythm and Blues Radio. They also GDRADIO (Grateful Dead). So if you're into internet radio, please share. For sure check out K Jive.
